The Saturday Night Free Movie Series kicks off this Saturday, June 28 on the University of Iowa Pentacrest with music by Matt Skinner at 7:30 p.m. followed by the classic thriller, "Jaws," rated PG.
"The University of Iowa is one of our strongest supporters. We appreciate and understand the difficulties they are experiencing. So in showing our support for their current situation we will begin the actual viewing of movies on the Pentacrest Lawn next week," says Lisa Barnes, director of the Saturday Night Free Movie Series.
The regularly scheduled double feature of "Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein" and "Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman," which was to be shown last Saturday, will be rescheduled for later in the summer. "Back to the Future," originally scheduled for June 14, has been moved to Aug. 2.
